Return Eligibility

  1. Condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with original tags attached.
  2. Timing: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
  3. Exceptions:
    • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
    • Discounted or sale items are final and non-returnable.

Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Use the Self-Serve Return Feature

  1. Log Into Your Account: Visit our website and log in to your customer account.
  2. Locate Your Order: Go to the "Orders" section in your account dashboard and find the relevant order.
  3. Request a Return: Click the "Request Return" button next to the order.
  4. Select Items: Choose the item(s) to return and select a reason from the dropdown menu.
  5. Generate a Return Label: Follow the prompts to create and print your return label.
  6. Prepare Your Package:
    • Repack the item(s) securely in their original packaging.
    • Ensure all tags are attached.
  7. Attach the Label: Affix the printed label to the package.
  8. Ship Your Return: Drop off your package at your nearest carrier location.

After Shipping

Once we receive and process your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear on your account.
