All of her jam is made in small batches, by hand with loving care. The raspberries are slowly cook to ensure that the vitamins and beautiful color of the natural fruit are preserved for your enjoyment. Corrales, New Mexico, is a unique agricultural village located on the Western bank of the Rio Grande. Heidi works with a local beekeeper to provide a refuge for healthy hives in the field, and the honeybees pollinate the raspberry blossoms. Having grown up in this special place has made Heidi sensitive to the environmental needs of the community. Heidi's Raspberry Farm is committed to sustaining the land to preserve the rich agricultural heritage of the Rio Grande Valley.
